It has been a long time since urbexcentral visited this beauty, a famous abandoned icon of our city.
While the rest of the buildings fall further into despair the chapel remains mainly untouched, preserved and safe from graffiti for now – let’s hope it stays that way.

Hi there – is this the chapel in the old Erskine College building?
It is indeed – and what a gem too!
Sadly recently someone/people got inside the chapel and let fireworks off also trying to light fires in there, so not so much in its beautiful state anymore 🙂
Very sad to hear, i’ve noticed a huge increase in vandalism and sad acts tagging places recently :(.
The people who let fireworks off, and set a statue on fire went to my school. they bragged and posted it all over instagram. So I tipped the police, usually not a nark but that really upset me.
Wow so what was the result? Were they charged or given a warning?
