Closed in 1997 this hospital once sat proud on a hill overlooking the city, now in the final months of demolition we once again explore what remains, finding a fascinating array of flooded underground operating theatres.
Underground? Pretty amazing. Stopped by there for a quick look at the end of Easter weekend, hard to appreciate now what the site originally looked like.
i got in over christmas last year, explored the admin block. did not see any underground theatres, the only door below ground i saw was securely fastened. `:(

Yep! The Operating Theatre was in the basement (how creepy) lol.
